If you mean the flexibility in the working arrangement, for sure the answer is yes. As I need support from teams based in different sites and different countries, I have to be very flexible on my daily schedule. The key is that, as a project manager, I need to deliver my projects with the required QCD. There is no flexibility regarding the final target.
