it seems with good balance with role procurement function here in Alstom ... Strech on working hours wld be there for sure - being at travelling and multiple projects under execution ..... but its how we prioritize our schedule at work as well as for home .. and next remained disciplined to ensure priorities are attended... Work - Life remained balanced
