Head - Development Planning
It's a role that works along with almost all functions and geographies of the company and making an impact. When you have the opportunity to work in such a diversified role, what you also get is to network and learn. This really encourages me to push beyond my boundaries and do more each day which is something that goes well with my personality.

What motivates me about my role is that I get to learn every aspects of a project thoroughly. My role mainly resides on the protection of the operation of projects against any potential risk that could put the profit, schedule or any other contractual deliverables in jeopardy.
