Hi There!
Having a collaborative mindset will definitely help you to succeed in Alstom.
For example, i would regularly have a meeting with my manager and update him to solicit feedback and ensure that we are align and are working towards the same common goal.
Also, when i see my colleagues did a great job, i would recognize their effort.
But then again, this is just one of the skills that i believe one should have in order to succeed in life. I'm sure that there alot of other soft skills that are required like Empathy, being influential.
