What I enjoy most about my role is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. The exposure, freedom, and trust being given to me by my superiors that I am facing regularly help me in my professional and personal development. It is satisfying to see how my work has a positive impact on our clients or customers and how it is being recognized by the company. The diversity and inclusion in Alstom culture also give me motivation. I enjoy working and collaborating with my team and different teams. It is a pleasure to work with my colleagues, who give me constant support and guidance.
