Hi there. Thanks for your coming to us with a question. I would say, caring, responsible and innovative. Many of us work as part of a team whether for a project or a specific goal. So, caring for one another and being responsible in our own work are very important. And, being innovative in a sense where you are ready to learn and approach new and different things. Plus, having a sense of urgency to complete your tasks efficiently and on-time! If you balance these qualities throughout your day-by-day operations, you are sure to excel in Alstom over the long run!
