Passion also drives continuous learning of new technologies and services that can simplify or better manage tasks. Additionally, it promotes collaboration, as it encourages us to work with others and share ideas, leading to a more collaborative workplace.

In my role at Alstom, I always remind myself of larger vision of transforming transportation and my professional journey in while focusing on delivering results in my daily tasks. By prioritising collaboration and understanding the innovation which are highly encouraged in Alstom, I contribute to high profile projects that shape the future of mobility. I embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, giving my utmost effort in every endeavour, whether it's leading a team or enhancing processes. Trusting the journey, I remain committed to learning and adapting, understanding that each experience brings me closer to realising my dreams. As I mentioned, I am an active learner and I am not afraid to learn from juniors or superiors. Learning is essential for our development. If I make a mistake, I learn from it and ensure I do not repeat it in the future. In my opinion, making mistakes teaches you how to live.

I strive to adhere to these principles, which can also prove to be a good piece of advice - 1. Seek to embrace new challenges in both professional and personal life. Being challenged in life is inevitable, being defeated is optional 2. Never shy away from embracing changes. Your life does not get better by chance; it gets better by change 3. Always be prepared for stretch assignments, as they provide valuable learning opportunities and enhanced visibility

Listen to everyone and don't be afraid to speak up.
