From Kitchen Hand to Fleet Mechanical Engineer.

It didn't matter where and how I started. Days where a proper meal of the day from work, opting to push biking around the streets, sub-urbs of Melbourne on rainy days, cold winter mornings and hot summer days, the path has been wonderful and pleasant to reminiscent on. I started as a kitchen hand in a restaurant, for hourly minimum wages. Never said no to any opportunity that came my way, especially when it was out of all comforts. It has made me navigate though roles, responsibilities, failures and successes so far. The path has inscribed harder values that are hard to forget and that I don't fail to follow. Main of which are humility, hard work and choosing paths that were not followed before. My journey has also guided me with a firm belief that everyone of us humans are capable and good to achieve anything that we set our minds on. I hope to lead myself to better the lives, values and culture of the society and commune we are a part of. I as leader to myself, have come to understand, practice and believe that as a group with collective and common objective can achieve better and bigger things as a team. Alstom has given me hope, strengthened my beliefs that you can find your purpose, like-minded groups and the drive for betterment though your daily job.
