In one of my driverless metro project, the data tools for key system data was not working, which stoped every activity in the lab and on site. I had to align with the teams from France, India and China to work together day and night to avoid additional lost of time and cost on the project and to solve the issue. Ultimately, we found the solution together, but it's still a very challenge period.
