Thank you for your interest. Tip no. 1: always be truthful. Teamwork is important in Alstom, and we need adequate understanding on each other's capability to support one another. You need to be able to deliver the promised capability, so never lie about it. I have witnessed an inexperienced team member learning and growth, and it is very satisfying to see. We need to know how all of us can success on our roles as a team, and we are here to help each other.
