A project engineer is a professional who oversees engineering projects from start to finish. The project engineer plays a critical role in ensuring that a project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all necessary quality standards. The responsibilities of a project engineer typically include: project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, quality control, communication.
I also double-hat to take a lead for Alstom Thailand Transformation Team, a voluntary group with passion to create better ways of working. In addition, I am selected as an Innovation ambassador to drive new innovation ideas for incubation.
My interest is also to raise the awareness about Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) in a workplace, especially, Gender Balance, Disability Inclusion, LGBTQ+ at Work and Multiple Cultures. Therefore, I joined Alstom D&I network and have been working as East Asia D&I Champion.
In the past, I gained many experiences from several career rotations since the start, working as a Graduate Trainee in 2017; Installation, Test and Commissioning Engineer in Delhi, India in 2018 and Assistant Bid Manager in 2019.

It provides a means of transportation for millions of people around the world, helping them to get to work, school, appointments, and other important destinations.
I am also involved in many challenging projects that require to use skills and knowledge to solve complex problems. When given the opportunity to work on challenging projects, I am able to push myself and grow in my career. This is a very satisfying experience and can lead to a sense of accomplishment when the project is completed successfully.
