Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference
Attitude emphasizes the importance of having a positive and proactive outlook towards work, relationships, and life in general.
A positive attitude is a crucial factor in the success of new employees. It can help them navigate challenges, build relationships, and make a good impression on their colleagues and superiors, all of which are important for their career growth and development.
When it comes to new employees, a positive attitude can make a big difference in how they approach their job and interact with their colleagues. Starting a new job can be overwhelming, and a positive attitude can help new employees adapt more easily to the new environment and build relationships with their coworkers.
Having a positive attitude can also help new employees navigate challenges that may arise in the workplace. When faced with difficult tasks or unexpected setbacks, a positive attitude can help new employees stay motivated and focused on finding solutions rather than dwelling on the problems.
Moreover, a positive attitude can help new employees make a good impression on their colleagues and superiors, which can lead to more opportunities for growth and development within the company. Employers often value employees who display a can-do attitude and are willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Integration of Procurement of Alstom & Bombardier India in 2020
In Year 2021 - Alstom has acquired Bombardier Transportation globally and as part of the acquisition, Procurement Team and Operations In India was too to integrate as one. Alstom and Bombardier both were having footprints in India in terms of Manufacturing Operations, Projects under executions and quite significant team at both places.
There were expected challenges due to different ways of working, managing processes & controls, ways of execution of projects on hand and cultural aspects.
Based on our values of being Agile, Inclusive, and Responsible, which have been specifically promoted by the Alstom Leadership, and further demonstrated on ground during this phase. This approach has created really a positive climate around and has helped to mitigate several anticipated risks.
It has been to 2 + years from there .... we are at a stage where we are all working in the same direction, priorities, processes and one team mindset to meet our customer expectations... I personally feel very proud to be part of this change and has created positive energetic force for the future.
