Everyone has something to offer. Each person comes with a depth of perspective, experience and knowledge, so it is always important to stay curious, learn from others and keep an open mind. The more we open ourselves beyond our existing beliefs on what should be, the more we embrace cognitive diversity and therefore grow. On the other hand, each of us also has something to share. Never undermine your knowledge, experience and perspective, it is a gift to those around you as you provide the same opportunity to them as they do for you.

Being challenged in life is inevitable, being defeated is optional 2. Never shy away from embracing changes. Your life does not get better by chance; it gets better by change 3. Always be prepared for stretch assignments, as they provide valuable learning opportunities and enhanced visibility
