Everyone has something to offer. Each person comes with a depth of perspective, experience and knowledge, so it is always important to stay curious, learn from others and keep an open mind. The more we open ourselves beyond our existing beliefs on what should be, the more we embrace cognitive diversity and therefore grow. On the other hand, each of us also has something to share. Never undermine your knowledge, experience and perspective, it is a gift to those around you as you provide the same opportunity to them as they do for you.

If you enjoy your work, it won't feel like a burden or chore, but rather a pleasurable activity. When you love what you do, it becomes less of a job and more of a passion, making it easier to stay motivated and engaged in your work. Ultimately, this can lead to increased productivity and success in your career.

I strive to adhere to these principles, which can also prove to be a good piece of advice - 1. Seek to embrace new challenges in both professional and personal life. Being challenged in life is inevitable, being defeated is optional 2. Never shy away from embracing changes. Your life does not get better by chance; it gets better by change 3. Always be prepared for stretch assignments, as they provide valuable learning opportunities and enhanced visibility
