What do you like about your job and the company?
I am responsible for creating the policies and procedures in this capacity in accordance with the Alstom IT vision. The ability to build and construct processes that are more closely related to the business and the increased cross-sectional involvement is the most satisfying aspect of my current role. I am able to improve my skills and apply them in real time - all thanks to the increasing number of Alstom learning platform! I also gained knowledge in people management, which improved both my technical and other skillsets all-around.
Greatest achievements
Implemented Service Level Management Module in Alstom's IT service system. Defined service reporting standard and reporting structure for Alstom group IT. Improved Service Level performance of Vendors via reporting continuous failure triggers ,KPI evaluation & reporting and various inter-partner discussions for timely resolution and achievement of SLAs. Improved visibility of IT services(reduction in P1 incidents etc) for key stake holders using regular MIS reporting
