Most importantly, at Alstom we have a culture of Inclusiveness, and we promote open communication and actively listening to all employees irrespective of their seniority. We have platforms where any employee can share ideas, contribute towards innovation. For new joiners, we have training programs, mentorship, and exposure to different areas of the organization that empowers them to contribute more effectively and confidently.
