Hi anonymous, that is a great question! In my 10 years with Alstom, the answer is NO, however, adding a slight nuance to "Challenging Projects", definitely, yes. These challenging projects allow us and our engineers to become agile and build knowledge and experience in many different facets of train design, engineering and testing. Asking any of our engineers what they would be hungry for, an easy project or a complex one, the answer would be the latter. That is why Alstom Transport has, in my eyes, the best rail engineers in the world! I hope this helps.
