Thanks for showing interest bud. We admire the young minds looking into different professions and organizations. Alstom celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for everyone. So being 16 doesn't matter. However, the internships and apprenticeships are offered to those pursuing a degree or trying to fulfill specific certification requirements etc.
