Is Alstom hiring a fresher in an off-campus drive?

As a fresher I don’t have an experience certificate. However, I have relevant experience and skills that demonstrate my ability to work in a structured and organized manner (my skills and qualifications also match the requirements of this position and doing projects also). I believe that I can contribute to the company’s goals and objectives with my skills and abilities. In the advertisement, which was released in the Alstom portal, any years of experience is not mentioned in the Knowledge and Experience section. Only mentioned "Structured and organized with Hands-on approach" which shows in my projects that I have Hands-on approach (if Alstom HR Team consider), still I'm eligible for the vacancy or not?
