Can you tell me what your first year was like?

I still remember my first day and first year like it was yesterday. I was one of the first Management trainees to join Alstom IS&T in 2017. From being assigned multiple mentors, to learning the IS&T landscape and different portfolios, to finding my area of interest and exploring the same. My first year was full of learnings and dealing with the unknown and making the best out of it.
